DHL Global Forwarding, the world’s largest express delivery and logistics company, announced that its Global Customer Solutions organization received two awards from the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) at its 45th annual conference. DHL received the Program of the Year award, and the Executive of the Year was awarded to Hans Hickler, CEO of DHL Global Customer Solutions.
Each year, the SAMA awards recognize organizations and freight forwarding companies that have provided quantifiable and outstanding business value to their customers specifically through customer relationship management. DHL, which offers air and ocean freight shipping, has long been recognized by the industry for it global services and tailored solutions.
